Description
The Vessel Core is Vessel’s most accessible premium 510 cart battery — a sleek, lightweight pen that delivers the same tuned airflow, variable voltage, and build quality the brand is known for, at a friendlier price point. The all-aluminum body weighs just 23g, features a wide 510 crown that accommodates cartridges of virtually any diameter (including 2g carts), and houses a 260mAh lithium-ion battery with USB-C charging. Four voltage settings, color-coded LED indicators, and single-button operation make this one of the simplest, best-looking pen batteries you can buy. Available in a wide range of stunning colorways — this is a luxury 510 battery that doesn’t require a luxury budget. Wide 510 Crown — Fits Carts of All Sizes The Core’s standout feature is its wide 510 crown, which is designed to accommodate cartridges of all diameters without overhang, wobble, or awkward gaps. While most pen batteries struggle with larger-diameter carts, the Core handles everything from slim 0.5g carts to chunky 2g CCELL cartridges with a flush, seamless fit. Your cart screws in and sits snugly against the crown with no exposed threads and no loose connection — just a clean, integrated look regardless of what you’re running. Tuned Airflow for Smooth, Effortless Draws Even at its lower price point, the Core doesn’t compromise on Vessel’s signature airflow engineering. Precision air intake channels deliver a draw that’s consistently smooth, open, and balanced — no tight, restricted pulls and no thin, airy wisps. The airflow complements the cartridge rather than fighting it, producing clean vapor with full flavor on every hit. Reviewers consistently describe the Core’s draw as one of the smoothest in the pen-style battery category, and it’s one of those differences you notice immediately when upgrading from a basic pen. Four Voltage Settings — 2.4V to 3.6V The Core gives you four power levels to match any cartridge and any preference. Start at 2.4V for maximum terpene preservation — a setting that many competing batteries don’t even offer — and step up through 2.8V and 3.2V for progressively fuller vapor, or push to 3.6V for thick clouds with distillate. Each setting is indicated by a color-coded LED: green (2.4V), cyan (2.8V), yellow (3.2V), and magenta (3.6V). Cycle between settings with three rapid clicks of the fire button. Whether you prefer low-temp flavor sessions or high-output cloud chasing, the Core adapts. 260mAh Battery with USB-C Fast Charging The Core’s compact 260mAh lithium-ion battery punches above its size. Light to moderate users can go several days between charges, and even regular daily users will get a full day of casual use before needing to plug in. USB-C charging gets the Core back to full in roughly 45 minutes — fast enough that a quick top-up while you get ready in the morning covers the rest of the day. Smart power management includes overcharge protection and an auto-shutoff feature that powers the device down after a period of inactivity, preserving battery when you forget. Ultra-Lightweight & Pocket-Friendly At just 23g and measuring 3.3″ long by 0.55″ in diameter, the Core is one of the lightest and most compact premium 510 batteries available. It disappears into a pocket, bag, or the optional Vessel Rover carrying case without adding any bulk. The anodized aluminum body feels solid and premium in hand despite its minimal weight — no cheap plastic, no rough edges, no wobbly buttons. The matte finish resists fingerprints and holds up to daily pocket carry without showing wear. Simple Single-Button Operation One button does everything. Five rapid clicks to power on or off. Three clicks to cycle through voltage settings. Press and hold to fire. The Core’s operation is deliberately simple — no screens, no menus, no learning curve. Three LED indicators near the button show your current voltage setting and remaining battery life. If you’re coming from disposables or basic twist-dial pens, the Core is an effortless upgrade. If you’re already experienced, you’ll appreciate how fast and intuitive it is. Available in Stunning Colorways The Core comes in a broad range of anodized aluminum finishes — from classic solids like Black, Navy, Emerald, Merlot, and White to special edition colorways. Every option has the same clean, elegant profile that looks more like a premium writing instrument than a vape pen. Pick the one that matches your style and carry it with confidence.
