DESCRIPTION 90° Cross Section Pin Stub Intended for cross-section work and planar FIB applications, this holder accepts standard 12.7mm (1/2″) pin stubs with 3.2mm (1/8″) pin and other 12.7mm (1/2″) pin stub holders such as 15463-10, 15464, 15294 and others.
