Tipless This product is used as reference cantilevers for calibrating the spring constants of other AFM probes. Each chip contains three cantilevers of different force constants, allowing calibration over a range of three orders of magnitude. A paper explaining the calibration procedure is included with the cantilevers. Cantilever Material:
