DESCRIPTION The SEMF2 finder or locator grid has been developed to mount on a standard SEM pin or cylinder stub and allows for easy characterization and analysis of particles, fibers and suspensions distributed over the grid. There are 57 large cells identified by numbers. Each large cell is sub-divided into 4 smaller cells, making a total of 228 identifiable cells. Overall diameter is 10mm, thickness is 50µm. Available in Cu and Ni with 10 grids/vial.
